Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 1, 2026 · Version 2.4

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SocialHive ("Service") operated by SocialHive Systems Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree not to use SocialHive to:

  • Disseminate spam, unsolicited mass communications, malware, or illegal content across third-party social networks.
  • Violate the Terms of Service or Developer Policies of any connected social platform (including LinkedIn, X, Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube).
  • Impersonate individuals or organizations without explicit verified authorization.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our cryptographic token vaults, BullMQ queue workers, or proprietary algorithms.

3. Autonomous Workflows & API Consumption

You are solely responsible for all content generated, formatted, and published through automated workflows configured in your account. While SocialHive provides safety filters and banned vocabulary interceptors, final editorial oversight remains the responsibility of the account holder.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all input content, custom brand voice configurations, character seeds, narrative arcs, and resulting published posts generated through the platform. SocialHive claims no ownership rights over your creative or corporate assets.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Credit Packs

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Video and generative media credit packs are non-refundable once consumed. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your service will continue through the conclusion of the active billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SocialHive Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party social API downtime, account suspension imposed by external social networks, or algorithmic changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
